Planting a Bonsai tree is relatively simple when you follow some simple but important rules:
- The transfer and planting of the trees in pots should only be performed in the spring, starting from March until the end of April. Pines may be transferred from September till October. You should only plant in free space only the stronger and healthier plants, in spots protected from the sun and wind, or in big pots if the plant has strong, powerful roots, until the blossoming starts.
Usually, the Bonsai trees will be transferred every 2 or 4 years. The newly transferred Bonsai trees should only be fed after the forming of the new roots. You should not exaggerate on the fertilizers, since the soil already contains a lot of nourishing substances.
